Hey there!

Thanks for coming to my page! Here's where you can get to know me a little and understand what I'm all about. 

All About Me

Hey! I'm Annabelle, otherwise known as Belle or B. I'm a massage therapist, personal trainer, recently qualified yoga teacher and general lover of the outdoors and this gorgeous planet we all call home.

For the last few years I've been extremely lucky to spend the majority of my time in the mountains in France and Japan. Outside of work you'll find me snowboarding, hiking, practicing yoga, cycling, climbing, going for coffee, cooking food or trying to learn how to crochet (an ongoing challenge). I've been living in a camper van and travelling around, meeting some beautiful souls, learning how to cook different cuisines from around the world and understanding what my body does and doesn't thrive with. 

 

Truth be told, I was never active in my younger life and It's been a journey to get to where I currently am - learning to understand and improve my own set of health issues (another ongoing challenge) and growing up feeling quite un-sporty and definitely not athletic, it's taken a lot of trial and error. Despite this, I have realised how good it feels to be strong and healthy while learning to push myself mentally and physically to see what I'm capable of in life and it's honestly one of the best feelings.

All I want to do is help other women feel this empowerment. To feel strong, capable and healthy - physically and mentally.
